First off, he answered the call himself, no third party answering service like the other guys I called that never called back. On the phone call alone he was able to provide me a wealth of information as to what I need to look out for and assess. He then agreed to drive 10 miles out to me to inspect the pool at NO charge to me, AND on Memorial day no less! At the meeting he demonstrated his knowledge on the details of chemistry, temperature, monthly cost to operate, and also helped me identify signs of water leakage and damage to the pool equipment and pipes that were invisible to the naked eye, thereby saving me thousands of dollars had I gone forward with the lease.
