First off, he answered the call himself, no third party answering service like the other guys I called that never called back. On the phone call alone he was able to provide me a wealth of information as to what I need to look out for and assess. He then agreed to drive 10 miles out to me to inspect the pool at NO charge to me, AND on Memorial day no less!
